Urban has nice furniture and decor . . . . BUT, be careful to read the "fine print" on any discount codes/coupons they send you. The staff are really nice and professional when they tell you that the discount doesn't apply and you have to pay the ticketed price.

I went in there last week hoping to find some pieces. I was greeted with no hello and miserable scowls. For me customer service is a huge aspect of your business, regardless of your goods. If I am not acknowledged or given basic customer service there is no way I will spend my money with you. Maybe it was an off day, but to have all 3-4 people that were seated or walking around to not even smile or give a basic greeting was a real turn off, I walked right out. Hoping they improve that aspect.

I recently bought the Arden duvet set and I love it. It fits my king bed perfectly. Hangs down enough on the sides so it hides the sheets but not the upholstered side rails. It washed up well. Now I just need a little pop of color to brighten up the space. Thank you to the lovely ladies in store who helped me with my purchase.

Okay, I'm officially confused. Nothing about this store screams barn to me. It doesn't smell like a barn and I didn't have to watch my feet to keep from stepping in anything. I guess the word Urban gussies it up? The furniture here is classy and the staff is friendly, so I guess the accuracy of the name is of little import. Give this place a try, but don't come looking for saddles, rakes, and tractors; come looking for furniture and accessories at reasonable prices.
